How we work

We like to work collaboratively. This means we will ask a lot of questions, about:

  • your aims, your resources, the context for your project and who will be interested in the results
  • the role you want to play – how involved your want to be and what time you have to get involved
  • the role you want us to play – advisory, hands-on or somewhere in between

We like to challenge.  So we’ll ask more questions, about:

  • what scope there is for the findings from your project to influence policies or decisions

 

We have principles:

  • we’re independent, we don’t take sides on a topic and we won’t work on projects if we don’t think you have a genuine commitment to an honest process
  • we’re open and transparent about how we work for our clients and as a business
  • we’re inclusive, and want to make sure that everyone who might be affected by your project can be involved and be heard

We’re easy to work with:

  • things change and so we’re flexible
